Fremont Wedding Fair Vendor Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining us at the Fremont Wedding Fair! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our event. Before we get started, please take a moment to go through the following terms and conditions. We know this isn’t the most exciting part, but it’s essential for ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your cooperation helps us create a fantastic experience for everyone involved.


Payment

  • Full payment is required 10 days before the event date.
  • No deposits are taken, and all payments are non-refundable.

Contact Information

  • Vendors must provide a contact phone number to allow organizers to reach them if necessary.

Accessing the Building

  • Vendors have a 15-minute unloading period at the venue entrance.
  • After unloading, vehicles must be parked in the designated vendor parking lot on the southwest side of the venue at 250 W 9th St, Fremont, NE 68025.

Exhibitor Space and Conduct

  • Exhibitor space sharing is prohibited; only the named exhibitor is allowed to operate in their space.
  • The volume of audio must not exceed a level that disrupts conversations between attendees and vendors.
  • Food or beverage samples may only be distributed if they are part of your business offering. Non-business-related samples as traffic-builders are not permitted, with the exception of small mints or branded candies.

Setting Up & Teardown

  • The back doors will open at 8:30 AM for setup.
  • All setups must be completed by 9:45 AM to be ready for guests entering at 10:00 AM. These 15 minutes allow for a quick vacuum and a final check.
  • Vendors must display their passes at all times during the event.
  • Teardown can begin after 4:00 PM and must be completed promptly.

Brochure Spotlight

  • Vendors can opt for a full-page feature in the event brochure (8.5″ x 11.5″).
  • Artwork for the brochure must be submitted 10 days prior to the event.
  • No refunds will be issued if artwork is not received on time.

Directory Listings

  • Exhibitors will be listed in the event directory starting 10 days before the show and will remain until 2 months after the show.

Lead List

As trusted partners, you are entrusted with sensitive information, and it is crucial to respect its confidentiality and ensure it is not shared with unauthorized parties.

  • The attendee lead list is for the paid exhibitor’s use only and must not be shared with others.
  • Violations may result in exclusion from future events.

Add-ons

We offer a variety of optional add-ons to enhance your experience at the Fremont Wedding Fair. These add-ons are not compulsory, but they provide great opportunities to increase your visibility and engagement with attendees.

Scavenger Hunt

Cost: $50 per show

  • Participation is limited to 10 vendors per show.

Brochure Spotlight

Cost: $75

  • Full-page ad in the event brochure (8.5″ x 11.5″).
  • Artwork must be submitted 10 days prior to the event.

Website Spotlight Ad

Cost: $250 per show

  • Limited to 9 ads per show.
  • Ads are 728px x 90px and will appear on the event website.

VIP Parking

Cost: $30

  • Limited to 8 spaces, first-come, first-served.
  • Allows vendors to park in bays directly behind the venue.
  • Vehicles without a ticket displayed in the windshield will be removed.
  • Vendors not on the VIP list must park in the designated vendor parking area (see “Accessing the Building” section).
